WP8. Communication, dissemination and exploitation
WP8 will give visibility to the application of RUSTICA project technology at full-scale towards the agri-food industry, research organisations, end-users like farmers and farmers associations, small rural business, technology providers and policymakers, among others. It will communicate the knowledge and results through internal and external communications within consortium partners, the European Commission and stakeholders. It will also manage the expected wealth of information generated by the project in a fair and transparent manner for the consortium. It will also support an adequate knowledge transfer to the stakeholders.
Among the tasks that will be undertaken in WP8 are, but not limited to, providing a set of communication and dissemination activities to sustain a long-lasting visibility of the project, implementing a strategic plan, and collaborating with other global partners and consortium with similar interest, which has the capacity to disseminate the results of the project. All activities, plans and actions taken will be actively monitored and assessed for its effectiveness to ensure that internal and external stakeholders are well informed of the status of the project. A final conference will be held at the end of the project to communicate and disseminate the project’s results.
