Global RUSTICA workshop

The overall goal of the workshop is to stimulate debate and knowledge exchange among stakeholders on circular food systems in Latin America. More specifically, we will focus on the valorization of waste streams from agri-food residues and how concepts and frameworks developed in the RUSTICA project can be applied, or adapted, to the contexts of Latin America.
